In voip.ms → DID Numbers → your number → Message Service: enable SMS/MMS URL Callback (GET) with this URL.

Checklist for reliable inbound SMS:

• SMS/MMS URL Callback = https://crm.communitycandleco.com/webhook/sms?did={TO}&contact={FROM}&message={MESSAGE}&id={ID} (GET)
• Enable URL Callback and Webhook URL Retrying so failed callbacks are retried
• Account, API key, and DID below must match your voip.ms portal
• Manual Sync is only for backfilling outbound messages sent outside the CRM
